CONE STEP OVER - FORWARD RETRO Place cones, cups or other small items on the floor and space them apart equally. Leading with the affected leg, step over each cone with a high knee step as shown. Once you get to the end, return to the original position by stepping backward over the cones leading with the affected leg.
