Cookie Jar Reach - Contralateral Axial Extension Lying supine on your back reach both arms over head to a comfortable position. Begin by breathing in for the count of 4sec. and out for 4secs. Repeat 3x. As you inhale reach up through your hand like you are reaching for a high shelf, at the same time push down through your heel by tilting your hips. At the end of your inhale start to relax and exhale. DO NOT ARCH YOUR BACK! Switch sides and continue to focus on matching your breath with your motions.
