Elbow extension stretch on wall/counter 1. Stand close to a wall, put the palm of the affected arm on the wall, and the other hand above the elbow for support as shown in the picture. 2. Then slowly stretch the elbow by pushing into the wall to the point of slight discomfort. 3. Hold it at the position as instructed. Stretches of 30 seconds or longer have been shown to be most effective, but this may take you time to build up to this. 4. Repeat as necessary.
