Theraband Great-toe Extension Loop the end of a theraband around the top of your big toe and run the remainder of the band under your foot. Pull some tension on the band and plant your foot down to hold the band in place. Position your toe off of the edge of a bench or step to allow more range of motion. Fan the theraband out to make it stay in place better Start with your toe down and lift it up as high as possible against the resistance of the band.
