VOR Cancellation Clasp both hands together and place one thumb over the other as the target. Rotate your upper body side to side as you keep your eyes focused on your thumb. Head and eyes should move together. Try to move quickly, while keeping the target in focus. Continue until symptoms increase slightly, then rest and recover to baseline again.
