TOE CURL - ELASTIC BAND LOOP Sit in a chair and wrap an elastic band around the bottom of your foot while holding both ends of the band as shown. The band should hold your toes up off the floor while the remaining part of your foot makes contact with the floor. Next, curl your toes downward against the resistance of the band so that your toes touch the floor. Relax and allow your toes to raise up off the floor with the help of the band and then repeat.
