Tandem balance w/ head turns - 2 leg tandem stance balance with cervical rotations Begin in a tandem stance, one foot in front of the other, heel to toes. Slightly bend your knees for a more dynamic balance position. Once balanced, slowly turn your head to the left and right During the head turn, try to look at something across the room. Look as far over your shoulder you can without pain or loss of balance 1 head turn = 1 repetition
