Sidelying hip CARS Lying on your sides with your knees and hips bent perform the following motions: Lift your knee up towards the ceiling Keep your knee high and bring your foot up towards the ceiling Reach your foot back behind you keeping your knee and foot elevated Circle your knee back towards your opposite leg dropping your knee down and keeping your foot high Bring your top foot to meet your bottom foot Then Reverse your direction: Foot lifts Reach back Lift knee and rotate hip to bring top foot to meet the bottom. Bring knee down to rest on bottom knee.
