LONG ARC QUAD OAZ While seated with your knees in a bent position, place a small ball / weight / towel between your feet. While squeezing the ball / weight / towel, slowly straighten your knees as you raise your feet towards the ceiling. Your knees and feet should be pointed towards the ceiling throughout the movement. Pause at the top before slowly lowering your feet back down to the starting position.
