Scapular Push-Up II Starting Position: Standing with hands on the wall. Arms parallel with the ground. Neck neutral and shoulders relaxed. Movement: Mind focused on the muscles around the shoulder blades (scapula). Allow the chest to drop in between the shoulders (shoulder blades move closer to each other). Push through the shoulders caving in the chest and spreading the back (shoulder blades move away from each other). Hold.
