Side Lying Multifidus with Hip Extension Lie on your side with knees bent and a small Pilates ball behind the top knee. Lift top knee up to hip height then start to reach it behind you and extend through the hip. This motion should happen without shifting in the back, try to stabilize your multifidi muscles.
