Neck Isometrics Top Left - attempt to bend your neck forward, while resisting with your hand Top Right - attempt to bend your neck backward, while resisting with your hand Bottom Left - attempt to bend your head to the side (ear to shoulder), while resisting with your hand Bottom Right - attempt to turn your head (shoulder check), while resisting with your hand There should be no movement during this exercise. Push hard enough that you can feel your neck muscles tensing, but not hard enough to cause pain. Hold for prescribed duration. Silly faces are not integral to the exercise, but they are a bonus.
