BOSU TOE PLANK - ALTERNATING ARM RAISES Lie face down with your feet on the Bosu. Lift your body up on your elbows and toes in a modified plank position as shown. Next, shift your body weight to one elbow and then raise your other arm out in front of you as you try and maintain a straight spine. Return to starting position and then raise your opposite arm out in front of you. Repeat this while alternating sides. Try and maintain a straight spine the entire time. Do not allow your low back sag downward.
