Supine ITY First Box across: Lay on your back with your hands by your side. Keep your arms straight as you lift them up over your head in a pain free range. Return to starting position and repeat. (I position) Second Box across: Extend both arms straight up above you. Lower both arms down to the mat keeping in line with your shoulders in a pain free range. Return to starting position and repeat. (T position) Third Box across: Start with arms crossed over your stomach as shown. Lift arms up above your head in a "y" position and rotate hands so palms face each other at the top. Imagine drawing a sword with each hand. Return to start position and repeat. Make sure you are tighten abdominals while performing these exercises so that you do not cause pain to lower back.
