Hip 3-Way HIP THREE-WAY - ELASTIC BAND Stand with an elastic band looped around the ankles. Use the glute muscles of the support leg to hold you up with your hips level. With the leg straight, move it to the front, side and back. Make sure to keep the trunk upright in all three directions. Move slowly through the range of motion. Perform this exercise on both sides.
