Selected Exercise

Supine Marching Lie down on your back with the feet on the floor and your knees bent at 90 degrees. The low back should remain neutral or flat against the table through the whole exercise. Brace the abdominals and slowly raise one leg towards the ceiling while maintaining the same 90 degree bend through the knee. Stop when the lower leg is parallel with the floor. Slowly lower the leg back down to the starting position. Repeat the motion with the other leg. Keep a steady breathing pattern through the whole exercise.
