I'm being randomly logged out of the site and not able to deliver an HEP OR when I click the Done (check mark) button to go to the HEP Editor page, I am being redirected to the wrong page and/or logged out.


This is likely happening because you have old files stored in your browser. Please delete cookies and temporary internet files in your browser's history settings. Be sure to delete both cookies AND temporary internet files, close your browser, reopen it and try again. The saved pages are sending you to "ec.hep2go.com..." instead of just "hep2go.com...". These are our web pages but the "ec." ones will cause errors.

Also, if you are using a saved bookmark in your browser to visit our site, you might have the "ec.hep2go.com..." part saved there. Be sure to check your bookmarks and remove the "ec." if its there. Deleting cookies and temp internet files will not change your saved bookmarks.
