If you used the automated site to make payment and upgraded yourself or others, you can cancel your Pro subscription by logging in and going to your "Account Settings" page. From there, click "Membership" from the options. Then, click the option to downgrade to the Free membership plan. This will cancel your paid subscription.

For Group administrators, please go to your "Account Settings" page. From there, click "Membership" from the options. Then, first remove all members from your group. Then you can downgrade your account as the admin to the Free plan.

If you are a member of a group, please ask your group administrator to remove your from the group. This will downgrade your account to the Free plan.
