My Routines
allows you to create and save custom exercise programs for individual patients or various situations/conditions.

                      
  To Get Started You must be logged in. Not registered? Follow the link below.

 Once you create a "Print Page" of various exercises, you can customize the text descriptions if needed and then click on the "Save Routine" button at the bottom of the page. Create a Name for your protocol and then it will appear below.
